Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communications, finance
• Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years in retirement industry and retirement communications
• Experience with multi-channel communications and personalization
• Strong project, budget and client-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proficient with MS Office, Salesforce and workflow tools
• Ability to explain complex concepts and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage participant communications strategy for high-profile clients
• Lead multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns and measure impact
• Own communication budgets, quality control, timelines and planning
• Present concepts and campaign updates to clients
• Collaborate with Retirement Education Team and Marketing to execute initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and drive department growth
• Travel up to 30% to manage client relationships
