Empower is seeking a Senior Participant Communication Strategist to lead complex client communications within the LMN participant communications team. You will design and manage multi-channel strategies for top clients, driving retirement readiness and participant education while coordinating with the broader service team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business, journalism, communications, finance or relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Retirement industry experience; typically seven years in retirement plans and financial services.
• Experience with multi-channel retirement communications and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, manages and measures participant communication strategies for Empower's high-profile clients.
• Combines financial services knowledge with strategic communications and client management to improve retirement readiness.
• Ensures client satisfaction while managing profitability with the service team.
• Responsible for accurate communications relating to plan activity and strategic campaigns.
• Improves financial education and participant wellness through creative tools and new resources.
