Job summary

Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a Strategist Participant Communication to service a portfolio of LMN clients in a client-facing role. You will design, implement and measure multi-channel participant communications to improve retirement readiness and client profitability alongside the service team.

The ideal candidate has a marketing or communications background, 5+ years in retirement or financial services, strong project management and presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 20%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communications, finance or relevant field.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Retirement industry experience: typically a minimum five years.
• Experience with variable data, personalization and multi-channel delivery.
• Client management and advisor/intermediary relationship experience desirable.
• Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn other systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage and measure the participant communications strategy for LMN clients.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns and ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
• Present concepts and campaign updates in client meetings.
• Oversee budgets, timelines and quality control for deliverables.
