Empower Retirement is seeking a Strategist for Participant Engagement to design and manage participant-focused initiatives across multiple channels for LMN clients. You will lead data-driven engagement, oversee budgets, and present strategic recommendations to clients in various delivery formats.

The role requires strong communication, multi-channel strategy experience, and the ability to travel up to 20%. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in retirement services and engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in retirement services or related field.
• 5+ years in participant engagement, education, or communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead participant communications and engagement strategies for LMN clients.
• Develop data-driven, virtual-first engagement approaches.
• Present strategies to clients across in-person, virtual, and phone formats.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, logistics and metrics.
• Oversee project workflow including budgeting and approvals.
• Create tailored engagement materials aligned with client brand and needs.
• Provide recommendations to improve ROI and participant wellbeing.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to department strategy.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
