Ethos is seeking experienced heads of equity research to support training of an advanced language model on professional presentation tasks. This fully remote, flexible role requires 5-20 hours per week with start date ASAP.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slides across initiation reports, earnings previews, industry primer decks, thesis one-pagers, valuation summaries, and investor decks, drawing on a sell-side or independent research background.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm.
• Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: initiation reports, earnings previews, industry primer decks, thesis one-pagers, valuation pages, and investor marketing decks.
