Ethos is seeking experienced equity research associates to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. Candidates will cover sector research from top banks or independent firms, creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations across initiation reports, earnings slides, industry primers, and thesis pages.

This is a flexible, remote engagement of 5–20 hours per week at $100/hour, starting ASAP.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm.
• Strong expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Cover core workflows: initiation reports, earnings previews and reviews, industry primers, thesis pages, valuation summaries, and investor marketing decks.
• Collaborate with researchers and clients to ensure accuracy and clarity.
