Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior equity research analyst to help train an AI model on professional presentation tasks. This role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week. Compensation is $100/hour and start date is ASAP.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in equity research at a sell-side or independent firm, strong valuation and industry analysis skills, and expert PowerPoint acumen for crafting polished slide decks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm.
• Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across key workflows: initiation reports, earnings previews, industry primers, and thesis decks.
• Craft and refine valuation summary pages, marketing decks for investor meetings, and other presentation materials.
• Communicate complex investment theses clearly with strong written and visual storytelling.
