Job summary

Newell Brands in the United States is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead the ERA Global Reliability program across a network of 40+ manufacturing sites and 60 distribution centers.

You will translate the SEMP framework into site-level programs, guide reliability engineers, and drive KPI reporting. You will manage concurrent projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel domestically to sites to ensure execution of reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 7+ years in reliability, maintenance, or asset management in manufacturing.
• Experience with condition monitoring technologies such as vibration, oil, thermography.
• CMMS experience for PM planning and work orders.
• Knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization and RCFA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments using ERA framework including asset registry, criticality ranking, PM audit, and gap analysis.
• Develop and implement PM optimization plans based on OEM data and operational history.
• Lead condition monitoring deployment: vibration routes, oil sampling, thermography, ultrasound.
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Build and maintain failure mode libraries and CMMS maintenance task lists.
