Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability in a global ERA team to drive reliability improvements across 40+ sites, 60 DCs in 140 countries. You will lead site-level programs, perform RCFA, optimize PM plans, and guide maintenance teams to achieve network-wide asset intelligence.

You will partner with Engineering Managers, travel domestically and internationally, and report to the Director, Global Reliability. Remote-friendly role with a strong focus on KPI delivery and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability assessments and PM optimization across sites.
• Drive root cause failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain fleet-level spare parts strategies and standards.
• Coach site reliability engineers and maintenance teams.
• Travel to domestic and international sites to drive program execution.
