Job summary

Newell Brands seeks a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead reliability improvements across manufacturing sites and distribution centers within the ERA team. You will oversee asset management, PM optimization, condition monitoring, RCFA investigations, and reliability KPI reporting.

Reporting to the Director, Global Reliability, you will drive site-level programs, coach reliability engineers, and collaborate with Operations to align reliability with production goals while traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance/asset management experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on condition monitoring experience (vibration, oil, thermography).
• Experience with CMMS for asset management, PM planning, and work orders.
• Knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization, and RCFA methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple site engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments using the ERA framework (asset registry validation, criticality ranking, PM audit, condition gap analysis).
• Develop and implement PM optimization plans using RCM principles and OEM data.
• Lead condition monitoring deployment (vibration routes, oil sampling, thermography, ultrasound).
• Lead RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Build/maintain failure mode libraries and maintenance task lists in CMMS.
• Manage concurrent reliability projects across 4–8 sites; report metrics to leadership.
• Travel domestically and internationally to drive program execution.
