Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager of Reliability to lead reliability improvement programs across its global manufacturing and distribution network.

You will translate policy requirements into site‑level programs, drive PM optimization, condition monitoring, RCFA investigations, and fleet management across 4–8 sites while mentoring site engineers and coordinating cross‑functional teams. This is a high‑impact role with domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 7+ years of experience in reliability/maintenance engineering or asset management.
• Hands‑on experience with condition monitoring technologies (vibration, oil, thermography).
• Experience with CMMS platforms for asset management, PM planning, and work order execution.
• Knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization, and RCFA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute site‑level reliability assessments and PM optimization plans.
• Lead condition monitoring deployments (vibration, oil, thermography, ultrasound).
• Perform RCFA investigations and track corrective actions.
• Manage fleet assessments and standardize PM across sites.
• Maintain CMMS data quality and reliability KPI reports.
• Coach site teams and travel to sites domestically and internationally.
