Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring technologies: vibration, oil analysis, thermography.
• Experience with CMMS for asset management, PM planning, and work order execution.
• Knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization, and RCFA methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple site engagements and programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments and PM optimization plans.
• Lead condition monitoring deployments (vibration routes, oil schedules, thermography, ultrasound).
• Perform RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Build and maintain asset failure mode libraries and maintenance task lists.
• Drive fleet management assessments and support spare parts strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability programs.
