Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is seeking a Principal Solution Delivery Manager to serve as a Release Train Engineer within the Workplace Solutions Agile Release Trains.

This senior role leads large, complex initiatives across multiple teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and value in a SAFe environment. You will partner with Product Management and Technology Leadership, drive end-to-end planning, manage dependencies and risks, and tailor practices to fit the work while promoting inclusion and

Qualifications

• 5+ years guiding complex programs with 5+ Agile teams.
• Experience across SAFe releases and RTE responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin/IS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex initiatives across Workplace Solution ART.
• Own end-to-end delivery planning across run, grow, transform.
• Partner with Product Management, Technology Leadership, and stakeholders.
• Drive delivery predictability with planning and risk management.
• Tailor delivery practices to fit project complexity.
• Facilitate large-scale planning and ART optimization.
• Use data to identify flow improvements.
• Provide coaching and hands-on support across teams.
