Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and mentoring software engineers.
• Strong analytical and system design capabilities.
• Ability to communicate tactical solutions and long-term architectural strategy.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native apps with Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
• Experience with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, Kafka, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team through solution design, development, and delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to define scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.
