Job summary

New York Life Insurance Co. is seeking a Release Train Engineer to optimize an Agile Release Train (ART) and deliver measurable business outcomes across technology, data and ventures. You’ll align teams, facilitate events and coach leaders to improve delivery and value realization.

You will work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters and stakeholders to turn plans into predictable results while fostering transparency and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Deep experience delivering software at scale in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and dependencies.
• Strong Lean-Agile mindset and Scrum/SAFe exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead ART execution and Scrum of Scrums to surface blockers and drive delivery.
• Track OKRs, dependencies and delivery progress with Agile metrics.
• Coach Scrum Masters and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Establish consistent Agile practices across teams and platforms.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks and change across ARTs.
