Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is seeking an IS Agile Project Manager I to join the Workplace Solutions Integration ART.

This role offers hands-on ownership of Agile delivery and growth into multi-team leadership, managing one team with potential to expand to two teams. The position involves collaborating with Product Owner, Solution Lead, engineers, and analysts to maintain delivery timelines, manage dependencies, and remove blockers, while enhancing API integration capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile/PM experience.
• Understanding of Spring Boot, AWS, and MuleSoft.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely and travel for quarterly PI planning events.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day Agile delivery for one team within the ART, with potential to lead a second team.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and PI planning events.
• Track story and sprint progress, surface risks and delays.
• Identify and remove blockers across cross-team dependencies.
• Drive deployment and change management discussions for code releases.
