Ladders is seeking a Senior Red Team Engineer - Frontier AI Security for a remote US-based role. You will lead offensive security efforts protecting AI-enabled and cloud-based systems across manufacturing and automotive environments.

You will mentor junior staff, shape security standards and testing methodologies, and work with cross-functional teams to assess risk, validate controls, and drive remediation in a fast-moving, innovation-driven setting.

Formación

• 7+ years in information security with 4+ years in penetration testing.
• Experience performing tests across web apps and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Burp Suite and OWASP Top 10.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advanced security assessments across web applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Identify vulnerabilities and validate security controls to enhance the security posture.
• Conduct hands-on penetration testing and red team activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and support remediation efforts.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to security standards and methodologies.
