Job summary

10a Labs is seeking an AI Red Teamer with deep cybersecurity expertise to evaluate the security and resilience of advanced AI systems and applications. You will design red team assessments, translate objectives into testing plans, and develop adversarial methodologies to uncover vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience and ownership of complex projects
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field
• Strong cybersecurity principles and attack methodologies
• Experience with security tools and Linux/terminal environments
• Experience scripting in Python, Bash, or similar
• Familiarity with SIEM and security monitoring concepts
• Creative adversarial thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and execute red team assessments against AI systems and infrastructure
• Create testing plans and attack strategies from ambiguous objectives
• Develop adversarial testing methodologies for security, robustness, and resilience
• Craft prompts, attack chains, and inputs to reveal unsafe behavior
• Identify vulnerabilities and risks through testing and analysis
• Analyze outputs to assess security and safety risks
• Document findings and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve system security
• Refine testing methodologies based on evolving threats
