This position handles full-cycle recruiting for positions from production to leadership, managing a high-volume requisition load and partnering with hiring managers for effective sourcing strategies.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sourcing capabilities, and experience with ATS and job boards to fill roles efficiently while meeting timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including manufacturing, engineering, operations, sales, service, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume requisition load.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Experience working with hiring managers at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience preferred.
• Engineering experience (recruiting or otherwise) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source and recruit for hourly, salaried, technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and accelerate time-to-fill.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications through the process.
• Utilize sourcing tools to build talent pipelines.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates on open requisitions.
• Support recruitment marketing and talent attraction initiatives as needed.
