Job summary

Pearl is looking for a contract Senior Associate Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume support roles. You will own requisitions, source through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings, strong ATS skills (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday or similar), and a proven ability to meet aggressive targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
• Proven experience in volume/bulk hiring.
• Strong sourcing across portals and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on ATS experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet hiring targets in a high-velocity environment.
• Commitment to a contractual engagement with defined timelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive quick turnaround on open roles while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for support roles.
• Source through job boards, referrals, and internal databases (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Screen candidates and conduct HR assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure stakeholder collaboration.
• Deliver strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Track metrics and maintain ATS data.
