Job summary

Viasat is seeking a temporary Recruiter for a remote, 12-month assignment to support Talent Acquisition. You will recruit top technical and non-technical professionals, partnering with engineers, program managers, and hiring teams to elevate Viasat’s talent bar.

This role requires US citizenship and includes travel up to 10%. You’ll report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and contribute to strategic talent attraction, using market data to drive innovative hiring practices across US

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition recruiting for senior roles in an agency or corporate setting.
• Experience recruiting and assessing technical talent such as electrical, mechanical and software engineering roles.
• Ability to use market and competitor analysis to define and implement talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruitment process with candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Evaluate candidates for technical and behavioral competencies.
• Prepare updates to leaders on recruitment initiatives and hiring metrics.
• Partner with Marketing to develop branding and campaigns to position Viasat as an Employer of Choice.
