Creative Cove Inc., a Greater Boston area client, seeks a full-time Contract Recruiter to lead high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for management roles across our store brands nationwide. This remote position supports in-house searches and emphasizes sourcing passive candidates.

You will develop targeted sourcing strategies, engage Hiring Teams and HR partners, and manage multiple searches with shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full Recruitment Lifecycle experience.
• Sourcing experience including internet, research and cold calling.
• Talent assessment and influencing skills.
• Developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proven experience communicating with leadership at all levels.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Responsabilités

• Influence and consult Hiring Managers, HR Partners and Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned areas.
• Develop staffing plans and leverage resources to meet hiring needs.
• Source, engage and assess talent.
• Build robust talent pipelines.
• Deliver best-in-class hiring experience to stakeholders and candidates.
• Communicate plans and activities proactively.
