Job Summary
The Consultant Success Director (CSD) is a strategic, people‑centered leader responsible for owning consultant success, engagement, and continuity after placement. The role partners closely with consultants, client partnership teams, and cross‑functional leaders to ensure strong engagement, alignment, and delivery success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage consultant relationships post‑placement through regular check‑ins, coaching, retention, and redeployment support.
- Monitor engagement, performance, and retention risks; develop targeted support plans.
- Navigate performance concerns and client feedback; conduct honest conversations while balancing care and accountability.
- Partner with Client Partnership and strategic services teams to support delivery success, extension, and evolving client needs.
- Own consultant continuity: lead extension and transition planning, monitor available opportunities, submit qualified consultants for roles, and support seamless transitions with Talent Acquisition.
- Advise on consultant community and culture engagement: support development, communications, community initiatives, and align consultants with Evergreen values.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years recruiting, customer success, or account management in a fast‑paced healthcare IT environment.
- Familiarity with Epic and Epic‑related staffing needs.
- Demonstrated success managing a high‑volume portfolio of active relationships with accountability for outcomes.
- Comfort navigating performance conversations and escalations, holding consultant and client relationships through difficult moments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience developing and managing talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, and networking.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Proficiency in core systems, including O365, HubSpot, and Workday.
- Aptitude for adopting AI‑enabled tools and emerging technologies.
