Responsibilities

• Serve as internal expert on US real estate markets and sectors.
• Prepare market analyses for prospective investments including supply, demand, rent growth, and local trends.
• Formulate forward-looking investment strategies from macro and sector data.
• Support design and construction of quantitative models with LaSalle Quants team.
• Produce white papers, market analyses, and client-facing presentations.
• Mentor junior analysts and summer interns.
