Responsibilities

• Serve as internal authority on US real estate markets and property sectors, sharing views with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze market conditions for prospective investments and prepare market analyses by supply, demand, rent growth, market position and local trends.
• Develop investment strategy by synthesizing macroeconomic and sector data to form forward-looking recommendations.
• Support creation of analytical tools and quantitative models with the LaSalle Quants team.
• Author thought leadership through white papers and client-facing market analyses and presentations.
