This remote role supports occupier clients in aligning workplace decisions with broader business goals, partnering with account teams and senior stakeholders to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.

The role requires a consultative approach, executive presence, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while delivering polished client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience consulting for occupier clients in Commercial Real Estate Strategy.
• Strong background in Portfolio Optimization and Workplace Strategy, especially related to M&A.
• Experience with structured consulting methodologies for delivering high-quality client engagements.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and manage relationships effectively.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while managing multiple complex tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support account teams to ensure excellent client engagement delivery.
• Solve complex problems with innovative, cross-functional solutions.
• Deliver service excellence by understanding client business issues and developing tailored recommendations.
