Job summary
Placements24 partners with a leading institutional real estate investment firm to recruit a Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist for a fully remote role. You will identify, evaluate, and execute lucrative opportunities across asset types and geographies, guiding deals from origination to closing.
The ideal candidate holds an MBA or Master’s in Finance/Real Estate with 8+ years of experience, plus strong financial modeling, underwriting, and negotiation skills, and a robust real estate
Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s in Finance, Real Estate or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in real estate acquisitions or related finance roles.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting skills.
- Deep knowledge of real estate asset classes and investment structures.
- Proven ability to source and negotiate complex transactions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source real estate acquisition opportunities through networking and research.
- Conduct financial analysis, underwriting, valuation, and modeling for investments.
- Lead due diligence with legal, consultants and internal teams.
- Negotiate terms and documentation to optimize outcomes.
- Develop relationships with brokers, lenders and industry participants.
- Prepare investment recommendations for the Investment Committee.
- Manage acquisition process from origination to closing.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting investments.
- Contribute to acquisition strategy development.
