Our client is seeking a driven and analytical Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to identify and secure profitable investment properties nationwide. This fully remote position requires a proactive individual who can leverage data, market insights, and effective outreach strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential acquisitions. You will work closely with the investment team to evaluate deals, conduct due diligence, and negotiate purchase agreements, playing a key role in expanding our client's real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Source potential real estate investment opportunities through various channels, including online platforms, agent networks, and direct outreach.
• Analyze market trends, property data, and financial metrics to assess the viability and potential return on investment for acquisition targets.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including title searches, environmental assessments, and property condition reports.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers and their representatives, ensuring favorable deal structures.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals and present findings to the acquisition committee for approval.
• Maintain and manage a database of leads, deals, and transaction progress using CRM software.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions , investment analysis, or a related financial field.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in real estate investment software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite .
