IonQ, Inc. seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager, Quantum Adoption & Technical Enablement, to join a cross‑functional team driving adoption of trapped‑ion quantum computers.

You will act as IonQ's primary, customer‑facing technical expert, guiding performance optimization and workflow integration. You bridge platform and quantum‑algorithm knowledge with customer empathy, influencing stakeholders and delivering high‑impact training and enablement content for customers.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a related STEM field.
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years creating customer-facing technical content.
• Hands-on with Python and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, CUDA‑Q).
• Experience with Jupyter Notebook/Colab or similar.

Responsibilities

• Onboard major accounts by translating terms into technical provisioning.
• Guide customers on circuit design, optimization, and workflows with experts.
• Provide high-touch technical support to remove adoption blockers.
• Create workshops, curricula, code, circuits, slides, and videos for enablement.
• Advocate for user needs to Product, Cloud Platform, Data Eng, and Ops teams.
• Build dashboards tracking job metrics and usage for customer health insights.
• Represent IonQ in standards bodies and industry forums; lead technical sessions.
• Collaborate with Product/Marketing/Sales/Engineering to align docs with customer needs.
