Job summary
IonQ, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, Quantum Adoption & Technical Enablement. You will be IonQ's primary customer-facing technical expert, guiding organizations through performance optimization and circuit design on trapped-ion quantum computers.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant STEM field.
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles with a track record.
- 3+ years creating customer-facing technical content.
- Hands-on quantum computing knowledge and Python experience.
- Ability to teach complex topics to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Onboard major accounts and translate terms into technical provisioning.
- Guide customers on circuit design and workflow integration.
- Provide high-touch technical support and remove adoption blockers.
- Create workshops and curricula with code, circuits, slides, and videos.
- Advocate for user needs across Product, Cloud Platform, and Ops.
- Design dashboards tracking job metrics and customer health.
- Represent IonQ in standards bodies and industry events.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering on technical insights.
