Qualifications

• PhD in economics, health services research, health policy, public health, or a related field.
• 4+ years of CMS/CMMI experience with both implementation and evaluation preferred.
• Experience with Databricks and cloud analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, or SQL.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CMS background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Design and run CMS/CMMI implementation and evaluation tasks.
• Collaborate with economists, data scientists, and engineers on ML-based methods.
• Lead methodology documents and evaluation reports for model teams.
• Write technical proposals and manage project priorities and budgets.
• Present findings with clear, actionable recommendations to federal audiences.
