Commence seeks a Senior Quantitative Researcher for CMS/CMMI APM implementation and evaluation. You will lead analytics tasks, leverage the Commence platform, and collaborate with economists, data scientists, and engineers to drive value-based care insights.

The role requires hands-on implementation/evaluation with Medicare/Medicaid data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to mentor junior researchers while delivering high-quality reports.

Formación

• Ph.D. in economics, health services research, health policy, public health, or related field with 4+ years of experience; or a Master’s with 8+ years.
• Hands-on CMS/CMMI APM implementation/evaluation experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid claims data (e.g., CCW, IDR, VRDC).

Responsabilidades

• Translate model design documents and policy goals into operational methodologies using Medicare/Medicaid data and other sources.
• Design and implement value-based care methodologies including screening, attribution, and risk adjustment.
• Design and conduct evaluations with quasi-experimental methods to estimate impact on spending, utilization, and quality.
• Collaborate with economists, data scientists, and engineers to apply ML-based methods on the Commence platform.
