Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Senior Manager Quality – Remote to lead Operational Excellence for Patient Access and Revenue Cycle departments. responsibilities include process improvement, Epic enhancements and upgrades, training and data analysis, and HR management across the enterprise.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in large healthcare systems, expertise with Epic and IT-enabled workflows, and a proven ability to standardize complex practices while driving

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare management, public health, or related degree.
• 8+ years Patient Access Services or Revenue Cycle experience.
• 10+ years in a large healthcare delivery system.
• 6+ years of management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Revenue Cycle components (registration, scheduling, front desk, authorization, denials, insurance billing).
• Experience with legal/compliance requirements (Joint Commission, EMTALA, HIPAA, CMS).
• Experience with Revenue Cycle IT systems (registration/scheduling, automated eligibility, training delivery, payment processing, scanning, third-party vendors).
• Experience developing training materials for different learning styles.
• Experience standardizing complex/disparate practices and maintaining common processes.
• Experience with process improvement methodology, change management, and operational improvement in complex systems.
• Experience with optimizing workflow in complex computer systems.
