Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Manager Quality to lead Operational Excellence for Patient Access Services across multiple states. You will drive process improvement, training, data interpretation, and strategic planning, ensuring compliant, efficient workflow across the enterprise.

You will oversee Epic enhancements, system integrations, and the development of training materials while guiding a high-performing team in a complex healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, public health, or related field.
• 8+ years patient access or revenue cycle experience.
• 10+ years in a large healthcare delivery system.
• 6+ years of management experience.
• Experience with revenue cycle processes and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve Patient Access Services across the enterprise.
• Oversee process improvement, training, and data interpretation.
• Manage Epic enhancements, compliance, and IT solutions.
• Develop standardized practices and organizational training materials.
