Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a Senior QA Engineer for a fully remote role in Latin America. You will partner with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure enterprise applications meet requirements prior to release.
Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, crafting test plans and cases, performing manual functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing, and supporting release readiness. Strong collaboration and attention to detail are essential.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of hands-on manual QA testing experience.
- Experience testing complex enterprise applications and end-to-end business workflows.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and testing best practices.
- Experience in fast-paced consulting environments and business-facing roles.
- Exposure to automated testing tools and frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Review requirements and identify testing risks.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Validate application functionality, APIs, and backend data; document defects.
- Coordinate UAT with business users and support release readiness.
