Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking a QA Engineer to strengthen quality across enterprise web applications. This fully remote role is based out of Columbus, OH, with a focus on manual testing and hands-on Selenium automation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of QA experience, strong Java scripting, and experience in Agile teams. You will collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure testable requirements and robust test coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA/testing experience in enterprise web apps.
• Hands-on Selenium automation experience.
• Java development/scripting for test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing across enterprise web applications (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end).
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Troubleshoot automation code to support reliable test frameworks.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Identify, document, and track defects with developers to drive resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure testable requirements and coverage.
• Refine testing processes and automation coverage for efficiency and reliability.
• Support release testing across deployment cycles.
