Qualifications

• State licensing in multiple jurisdictions preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and claims software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of field offices with client service instructions and agreements.
• Conduct customized client audits and monitor performance metrics.
• Provide technical training and assist branches in meeting client expectations.
• Develop processes to ensure compliance with client, broker, and carrier expectations.
• Prepare monthly oversight reports and support branch claim outcomes.
