Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of claims handling experience, including complex and litigated claims.
• State licensing in multiple jurisdictions required.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of field offices with client service instructions and agreements.
• Conduct customized client audits and monitor performance metrics; train and assist branches.
• Perform trend analysis, deliver training, and conduct internal and external audits.
• Prepare monthly oversight reports and review branch processes to improve claim outcomes.
• Support account management, coding, reserving, and special projects.
