Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to analyze and resolve Bodily Injury and General Liability claims. You will apply your claims background, assess exposure, and coordinate with clients and claimants to reach timely outcomes.

This role supports a remote-first environment with licensure across states; five years of claims experience and a high school diploma are required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Bodily Injury and General Liability claims.
• Apply claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to serve clients.
