Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks a Senior Backend Developer – Python to design, build, and enhance complex enterprise-grade applications and data-intensive services. This hands-on role emphasizes secure, high-performance Python systems within distributed production environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Five or more years of applied Python development experience in enterprise-grade environments.
Experience building and maintaining large-scale production applications with uptime and reliability requirements.
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Sybase) and query tuning.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, and secure coding standards.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end design, development, and advanced troubleshooting for complex Python applications.
Develop secure, production-ready Python code with concurrency, fault-tolerance, and observability.
Produce architecture/design artifacts aligned with performance and enterprise standards.
Develop and optimize data processing for large-scale datasets and both batch/real-time workloads.
Collaborate with product, data science, and operations teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Mentor less-senior engineers and participate in architectural discussions.
