Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of applied Python development in enterprise-grade environments.
• Experience with large-scale production applications requiring high uptime.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase), including query tuning and schema design.
• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project work.
• Hands-on experience across system design, application development, automated testing, and ops support.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance trade-offs.
• Proven debugging of complex, enterprise applications in production environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, resiliency patterns, and secure coding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and keep stakeholders informed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
