Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Principal Python Developer for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will design, build, and enhance complex enterprise-grade Python systems with strong architecture and data engineering focus.

Lead efforts across product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions in production environments. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Python experience, hands-on knowledge of relational databases, and a solid SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of applied Python development experience in enterprise-grade environments.
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale production applications with uptime requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase and query tuning.
• Strong SDLC knowledge from requirements through support.
• Proven experience across system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance considerations.
• Experience debugging complex, enterprise applications in production.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, secure coding, and resiliency patterns.
