Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a detail-driven Commercial Contract Manager to oversee EPC contracts across pre-construction and execution phases. This remote role requires up to 50% travel to project sites and close collaboration with project leadership, Commercial, and Legal teams to monitor terms and coordinate change orders.

Responsibilities include drafting notices, managing risk, tracking changes, and supporting closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or relevant discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recent experience in construction contract management on large projects ($30MM–$150MM).
• 3+ years of recent experience using construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Administer project contracts and draft notices per contractual requirements.
• Lead contract terms review after award but before mobilization.
• Draft contractual notices to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Participate in regular project team meetings and engage with the team.
• Advise on contractual change requirements and track changes and claims.
• Support administration of insurance claims and closeout.
• Capture lessons learned during execution and report at Close Out.
