PUBG Studios Madglory is seeking a Senior Publishing Producer to bridge our game development and publishing teams. You’ll own the publishing roadmap, manage milestones, and keep delivery on track across art, marketing, QA, localization, community, and partnerships.

The role requires strong communication, structure, and ownership, with in-person preference in Madison, WI and remote collaboration across the US/Canada. CT business hours with evening availability for international meetings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of production or project management experience, including 2+ years in AAA video game publishing.
• Proven success coordinating complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of game development and publishing lifecycle from pre-production to live ops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to align diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables, owners, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Drive clear, proactive communication across teams and surface risks early.
• Act as central contact for publishing execution, translating needs between dev and publishing.
• Maintain publishing roadmap and align milestones with development plans.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership, anticipate risks, and coordinate launches.
