This remote-first role spans Europe with high autonomy and minimal bureaucracy, giving you direct mandate from senior leadership to develop LiveOps, economics, and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building a publishing function at an early stage.
• Strong network of studios and hands-on negotiation skills.
• Expertise in publishing economics and LiveOps for mobile games.

Responsibilities

• Source and close publishing partnerships with mobile game studios.
• Define deal structures, revenue-share models, and financial assumptions.
• Establish a greenlight framework and oversee portfolio performance.
