Mob Entertainment is a fast-growing multimedia studio known for Poppy Playtime. We seek a Senior Producer to anchor game development pipelines from concept through live operations, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.

You will partner with creative directors, lead cross-functional teams across design, art, engineering, and audio, manage roadmaps, and deliver exceptional interactive experiences for PC and consoles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of game production experience and at least one shipped title.
• Ability to manage dependencies, hand-offs, and workflows across disciplines.
• Expert-level Jira and Confluence, with Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience.
• Pragmatic scope trade-offs to preserve core experience while meeting dates.
• Experience with post-launch support and live operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full game development lifecycles from concept to launch and live ops.
• Translate creative vision into actionable roadmaps, goals, and milestones.
• Design and refine production workflows across design, art, engineering, and audio.
• Identify bottlenecks early; execute risk mitigation to keep teams moving.
• Serve as central communication hub, align priorities and provide roadmap updates.
• Use production metrics to optimize workflows and inform decisions.
• Foster a transparent, collaborative work environment and protect developer well-being.
