Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Senior Clinical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for PTs, PTAs, and CDs. This fully remote role demands exceptional sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation capabilities across the Clinic Directors and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in recruitment with healthcare specialization, strong LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS proficiency, and a track record of building strong candidate pipelines while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in recruitment; at least 3 years in healthcare/clinical recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting licensed physical therapy professionals preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical roles and licensure requirements for PTs/PTAs.
• Exceptional sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other recruiting tools.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-oriented with proven ability to meet hiring targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process for physical therapy positions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top clinical talent.
• Build and maintain pipelines via job boards, social media, conferences, and academic partnerships.
• Partner with Clinic Directors and Regional Operations to understand workforce needs and hiring plans.
• Act as a consultant to hiring managers, provide market insights, and share progress updates.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and professionalism.
• Track recruitment metrics and use data-driven insights to improve methods.
• Represent PRN at virtual career fairs and industry events to promote employer brand.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local hiring laws and licensure requirements.
