Job summary

TheraCare Management Services is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our organization. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding clinical professionals, with a remote-first setup that may require in-person training.

You will post jobs, partner with operations and clinical teams, manage PANs, use an ATS and DocuSign, and deliver regular recruiting reports. A healthcare recruiting background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience (healthcare experience strongly preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience communicating with clinicians/candidates via phone, email and video
• Ability to work in a team setting, as well as independently
• Willingness to accept constructive criticism
• Critical thinking and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding clinical professionals
• Posting jobs internally and on various job boards
• Collaborating with operations and clinical teams to determine candidate eligibility
• Generating PANs for terminations and data changes
• Using ATS system and DocuSign to generate offers and collect recruiting documents
• Performing administrative duties to support recruitment and operations
• Attending meetings and projects as needed
• Preparing and sending weekly/monthly recruiting reports
