Job summary

Confluent Health is hiring a strategic Talent Advisor to partner with clinical and operational leadership in high-volume hiring for Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists across markets. You will use performance-based hiring, data-informed practices, and proactive sourcing to build strong pipelines and deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• At least five years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a healthcare organization.
• Experience recruiting Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists.
• Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill, licensed clinical roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills — you don’t wait for applicants.
• Ability to manage multiple openings across different locations and markets.
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven, partnership-oriented TA function.
• ATS proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Apply a structured, performance-based hiring approach to define success outcomes and elevate hiring conversations.
• Drive full-cycle recruiting for Physical and Occupational Therapy positions, from alignment to offer.
• Proactively source and engage talent using outbound outreach, market mapping, referrals, rediscovery, and CRM engagement.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines to support consistent hiring throughout the year.
• Ensure a superior candidate experience, guiding candidates through the process with timely feedback.
• Navigate licensure considerations, market dynamics, and compensation conversations.
• Maintain disciplined ATS practices to ensure accurate reporting, visibility, and forecasting.
