Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree plus 10+ years of experience, or advanced degree plus 7+ years.
• Experience in proposal development, finance, or accounting.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA and DCAA/DCMA audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of eight finance professionals in proposals.
• Develop pricing strategies, cost models, and BOE documentation.
• Manage a broad portfolio of proposal and estimating activities.
• Oversee reviews of proposal packages for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations and system controls.
• Support capture activities and early gate reviews.
